Liberes oClock is a service that allows registering the entry and exit of personnel in different locations through specially designed mobile applications. It is based on the latest geolocation technology (GPS) combined with QR code reading. The information obtained is recorded in the cloud instantly and thus becomes available centrally and online for the company.The whole process is automatic and simple.Application areas of the oClock service:Liberes oClock is applicable to any company that manages personnel. More than one workplace can be defined for each file. Thus, a teleworking regime combined with office work can be carried out.- Creation of digital clocks with geographic fixation via the supervisors app or remotely from the central application. You can define several work calendars for each file and also share calendars between files of the same team- Expected arrivals: using this function oClock determines the arrival times at each location for each file in a full week. Oclock has a second mobile app for staff supervisors. Thus, the supervisors application compares the expected arrivals with the registered ones that are being recorded by the staff, allowing the staff to monitor arrivals (on time or late) and absences online, as they occur. In the case of temporary personnel companies, it allows the replacement of absentees in a dynamic way.- Full integration with the Liberes settlement system.
